However, we send our bill directly to the apartment community that you end up choosing, instead of sending the bill to YOU. The apartments are happy to cover our fee because we are always sending them great new renters just like you! We work with 90% of all the apartments in Dallas. To ensure that the apartments will cover that fee without any problem, we simply need YOU TO DO THE FOLLOWING 3 SIMPLE THINGS. This is how we are able to keep our services free, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation:
Verbally tell all the properties that you end up visiting UP FRONT that you are working with an Apartment Locator (Tell them that "Amy from J. Ellis" is your Apartment Locator). Make sure we are written on all the Guest Cards.
MOST IMPORTANT: Write us on the Rental Application of whichever property you end up choosing, as your Apartment Locator (write "Amy from J. Ellis"). We MUST be written on the Application.
Let me know which community you ended up choosing, so I know which one to send the bill to in the end.
