In fact, almost ALL properties in DFW will require you to fill out this form, or they will fill one out for you, which means they have to ask you all the same questions over and over again. Either way, it can become quite bothersome to repeat, and is just a waste of time.
For your convenience, we have created a Guest Card for renters in Dallas to take with them when visiting apartments. Just download the PDF below, and use any photo editing software to fill in the blanks. Print as many copies as you need, and bring them along. Hand them to the Leasing Agent at all the apartments you visit to save time.
Note: In order for the Leasing Agents to show you any floor plans and give you a tour, most properties will still need to see your driver's license for identification, so be sure to bring it with you, along with this printable Guest Card for Dallas apartments.
